Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Finity SA (“Finity”), new name of the company as of October 27 2016 (previously named Smallrivers SA), the producer of the Service and its applications (all together “Services”, “Service” or the “ Service”), respect the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. Upon notice of an infringement of intellectual property rights, we may remove or disable access to such content with respect to subsequent Services, at our sole discretion. We cannot guarantee removal of infringing content from Services already made available or distributed over the web.
